February Release Day #1 - Kevin - Have a Blazing Good Day!

I created this adorable card to have some "boy" cards in my stash!

I used the digital background of "Fire Wall" and colored it up with my copic markers.

It was a challenge for me as I have never done fire before, and this took me a while to get to a place I was happy with.

January Day 3 - Release A very colorful Charlotte!

I love how this one turned out with the colors!

This is Charlotte.  I was on google and came across this interesting backdrop image and just thought it looked like roses and would make a cute background for her.

I simply distressed inked the background and then colored her in coordinating colors

Ok, let me start off by saying I RARELY do CAS style cards, so I was Happily surprised how much I loved how this turned out!

I Colored Tony and put him on a card mat, and then used the Starburst cut from Svg Cutting Files on top.  A border Die in black from Jaded Blossom makes a nice border divider!

So I wanted to do something cool for Sam.  Since he is playing a video game - what better base to put him on then an old school gaming cartridge, right?

I designed the card base and then colored my adorable Sam to put on it.

I added a cool sentiment from Jaded Blossom and put that on a flag die.

August Release - Zac (technology) - Hello handsome!

So happy for you to meet Zac!  He is a totally fun and modern stamp to add to your collection for boys/masculine cards, as well as just social media and things in the "now"

Here is the card I made with Zac!

I wanted Zac to look sort of "technology" related - so I created a stencil on my Cameo for the occaison since I couldnt find paper or a background to draw for him!

I LOVE the stencil and how easy it was to cut and work with!

I used the Distress Inks and blended a series of yellow , aqua and green.

I colored Zac up with my copic markers to match the "intel" of the computer background.

I then stamped a huge HELLO from the Happy Hello set from Jaded Blossom

50's Diner Girl, Jessica - You're Classic!

Here is a new card I made using the Jessica -Classic stamp from Stamp Anniething!

I created a digital backdrop of a 50's diner and colored it up with Copic Markers.

I also stamped Jessica as a No Line Coloring image and colored her up with Copics too!

I really love No Line coloring as you can sometimes just get more depth in areas then you do with line images.

After I printed the digital back drop and stamped Jessica on it - I die cut it with an A2 card mat from Lawn Fawn.  I love this die as its a FULL A2 size to cover your card base completely!

Here is my Sweet Rae!  I love her shorty sassy hair do!

I wanted to try someting different.... so I used the Jaded Blossom Border Dies 2 to make a template for my background.  I then FINALLY got to play around with my distress inks and make a pretty sky background.  There is a tinge or some pink, purple and yellow in those clouds as well!

I pop dotted Rae to my card base and there you go!

Summertime Summertime Sum Sum Summertime!

Hi everyone! It has been a while since I got to play and post on the SAT blog!  Last weekend I was in full coloring mode and knocked out these two totally FUN and adorable Summertime Cards!

Up first is my Audrina the Mermaid Card!

I colored the adorable Audrina, Make a Splash stamp up using copic markers.  I created a fun underwater scene to go with her with some coral, seaweed, sand,etc.  I added some white paint splatters to represent the kicking up of the bottom of the ocean and to add more texture to the underwater scene.

Next up is sweet Lorraine!

This card was totally fun to make and I went along with a class from Kit N Clowder to create the beach scene behind Lorraine!  Alyce has some really fabulous classes and step by step directions to create wonderful backdrops for your stamped images!

Day 3 Stamp Anniething May release... Tommy (with Eloise!)

I created a digital frame with floral for the setting on my A2 Card mat die.  I love how it came out and it framed them perfectly!

Colored with copic markers and I just masked my Eloise stamp with my Tommy!

I colored my stamp with Copic markers and placed her on a A2 full card mat die.  I added in the dots in the background with some silver, gold and black toned copic markers.  I drew in the stars and added the 2017 year.

Stamp Anniething - Maggie - Steampunk Cutie!!

I have to admit - I know NOTHING about Steampunk except that is a trending thing and quite popular!  I know it is rustic colors and feels, and so I hoped to capture at least that in my coloring.

I really challenged myself on this one by doing an all Sepia color palette with Maggie.

I literally only used 3 markers to create this look!

I drew in the gears behind her to give her a fun background, as I really didnt have any paper that went along with the idea of what I was thinking.  I kept it as CAS as possible with only coloring in with  the 3 colors.

Here is my awesome Dean project!

I love how it came out!

I decided to make him using only 2 colors, plus gray.

I drew out the background as I thought he looked so retro, and wanted to find something to place him on to carry out that look a little more.  Drawing abstract shapes behind an image is one of the easiest and fastest effects you can do!

Hearts Theme Week Challenge = Julie

Hi everyone!

Its theme week over at Stamp Anniething!

Its all about HEARTS!

I took the ADORABLE  Julie- Enjoy the Ride stamp and masked out her basket of flowers as best I could. so that I could proceed with my next step! I randomly stamped hearts in a cluster and actually just glued it on top of the basket (lol)

I also used the Heart Balloons from Kelly - Happy

I used these fun card mat dies for my card base. Dies make card making go so much faster/easier!
