Here is my super fun Diana card.

I used the Scallop Half Circle Card Sketch, matted with Card Mat Dies.

I colored her with my copics and then stamped her sentiment on the mini tag die.

So Fun!

The Ice Pop paper is from Doodlebug (Sunkissed collection) and the solid colors is Papertrey inc.

Here's what I created with the new Paint Splatters 2

I used the new Penny Cards to make this interactive sliding circle card.  It just went so well with the gears and knowing how they move, I just felt this card base was the best to use!  The Paint Splatters 2 are so fun to play with and overlap one on top of the other.  I used different inks to make an ombre effect.  I used Gears to decorate and the mini tag dies 2 for my sentiment!

Ok Confession time.. I have a crush... yes.. a MUTANT Crush! Ha ha.

Remy Lebeau --- Sigh

Remy is otherwise known as Gambit from the Xmen.

No - its not because I think he has cool powers (although he really does)... come on, the power to create, control and manipulate kinetic energy?  Pretty awesome!

It's mainly because he is freaking CHARMING, funny as heck and has a southern cajun accent.  Swoon!

Depending on what generation you grew up with the Xmen, my Remy is totally in love with Rogue.

I was super excited that they finally introduced him (although it was for a very small amount of time, in Xmen Origins: Wolverine).

He is due to get his OWN MOVIE in 2016... and I can't wait!!

So in honor of my Mutant Crush, I present to you my Gambit!

I placed him on the Scallop Slider and Topper Die, along with a sentiment from Super Hero, on a mini tag die. 

I baked up some Sugar Cookies in the shape of a deck of cards, something Remy is known to charge and throw...and placed them in a  3 X 4 Clear bag.

Jaded Blossom April Release Day #5

I created this fun treat using the Nugget Easel draw box and the Retro Bathing suit files. 

I used the sentiment from Another Year Older and put in on a sweet mini tag die 2. 

I wrapped some Nuggets after stamping with the tropical designer tapes stamps and cutting the with the candy wrapper dies. Some fun buttons, ribbon and twine from my stash tie it all together!

And now for my project!

Now before you start saying.. THIS DOESNT LOOK LIKE CHRISTMAS to me... well... you need to look a little more into my project. 

I created Ralphie from "A Christmas Story" - one of our families favorite movie to watch on December 25 (heck you can't miss it when it plays 24 hours all day!!)

I wanted to take an iconic scene from that movie..and well... The Bunny Suit (Nightmare) just spoke to me!

Since the suit was sooo PINK, I just did not scream Christmas to me for my project, so I opted to take a Christmas icon moment and turn it into NON Traditional Christmas project.... let's be honest.. its Easter/Spring!

I cut my Ralphie out of sime PaperTrey Ink dotted paper.  Look at the bunny slippers!

I added him to an older treat box from Jaded Blossom (the 2 X 2 X 3 boxes would work awesome here too)

I wrapped some fun Plaid Washi tape around the edges, topped with some yummy Maya Road Twine.

I used the Mini Tag Dies with a sentiments from Easters Treats 2.  I thought it was the perfect sentiment to add some comical relief, as if you have ever seen the movie, you know how much Ralphie HATES this bunny suit!

Inside I added some Strawberry Wafer cookies!

Now remember the Ralphie cut is free during this blog hop duration ONLY!

Nerdy Lollipops!

Hi everyone.. Annie here..with a fun and fabulous NERDY project!

Today I used the new Nerdy Squaredy Cat (being released on Friday) to make super adorable Lollipop covers!

I simply cut the Nerdy Squaredy Cat file and sized it up to the base on the Animal Head Lollipop Covers (dog)

I had lots of fun creating these!  I used Vellum paper for the glass lenses.... and added the NERD stamp from Jaded Blossom, on their awesome mini tag dies.

I wrapped the sticks on the lollipops in Pink Sorbet, and tied a cute bow in a matching stripe I had in my stash.

Raising Autism Awareness.... Squaredy Cat Style

Hmmmmmmmmmm.... why is this post one of a personal nature to me? 

 I LOVE and live with some afflicted by AUTISM. 

Autism is not the same for every family that is diagnosed with it.  

There are different levels to this neurological disability, and I live with a nearly 16 year old son with it.

I love my son to the moon and back (times infinity.)  

He is an amazing kid with an amazing smile and the most contagious laugh I have ever heard. 

 His name is Colin.  He is one of my most favorite people in the whole wide world.

To all the families living with this diagnosis, a big round of applause goes out to you, as I know the struggles, fears, anxiety, AND the love, laughter and joy you experience.  I am so VERY blessed to have an amazing team that work with my son on a daily basis both during school hours and after school for therapy.  I thank EVERYONE at BHS and to Carol and Dan.  You will forever be an important factor in our family and our lives.  Thank you for all you do for my sweet boy, Colin.

When I saw the Squaredy Cat Autism Awareness cat last year, it was my ULTIMATE favorite one they have ever created.  I have posted it on my FB wall, have it saved as my desktop wallpaper, etc.  I just LOVE anything that brings awareness to Autism, and this one is done in such a CUTE way!

So my simple project today was the Autism cat as a treat topper.

Ok Ok..it didnt START off this way, as its quite larger then a normal treat topper I would make. It initially was to be a card..but I just did not like the card base I had it on. So then I thought.. CANDY STICK treat.. hmmm..yea it was way too big for the 1 X 8 sticks..so then I opted for the treat topper, as I was clearly running out of time.    

The Autism Squaredy Cat will be available in the store on Friday.

He is soo cute, and well worth the effort of all the pieces involved.

He is on the Fancy Topper Die from Jaded Blossom, and I put some Dessert Skittles in the 3 X 4 Clear bags.

The Fight for a Cure has really GREAT sentiments in regards to raising awareness, so I chose "Stand Behind the Ribbon" for my mini die.

More Quick cards,.... Scooby Doo, Stewie Griffin & being the BOMB!

Hi everyone..just catching up on some cards I had made... all super quick..and for teachers/aids at my son's school...so you will see.. all the same style and paper..cause I just kind of assembly lined it and didnt want to have to "think" too much when I had quite a few to do!!

I used all the same Card base...the Trapezoid one from SVG Cutting Files  (yea, this is one of my fave bases and I tend to use it ALOT)

This card has the Kawaii Bomb, An Adorable JB Sentiment from Funny Valentine on the Mini Tag die, some white Momma's mesh,  and some yellow bead bling.  Paper is echo park Dots and stripes.

This one has Stewie Griffin from Family Guy and the PERFECT sentiment from the Villains set from Jaded Blossom,  white momma's mesh and some red rumple ribbon.  And my FAVE die, the Curly label Die!

You're One in a Melon!

Hi there! Today I'm sharing a really simple card I put together for two sweet people I know!

They live in cold weather states and I'm sure they are wanting some SPRING/SUMMER weather there soon, so figured maybe my card could bring that to them!

I love the spring colors of the card..the yellows, pinks and of course my fave, GREEN!

I first started with my card base, the Trapezoid from SVGCuttingFiles.com

Then I added some Mommas Mesh and Rumple Ribbon from Love Bug Creations.

Cut the adorable Kawaii Watermelon  and add the sentiment from Feeling Fruity to the Mini Tag dies.

Inside I added the Gift Card Die to turn this card into a gift! 

I sure hope my gal pals like their gift!!

Santa's Helper - Kellie Ann

Hi everyone! Today Im showcasing one of the new digital stamps that will be available on Friday!

This is Santa's Helper, Kellie Ann.  I love the flow of her hair and the 'bounce' in her stride and dress!

It's hard to tell..... but I found these clear craft ornaments at Walmart in different colors and shapes for 88cents.  I filled it with Christmas M&M's and then created a tag with my image to make a cute candy treat as a gift.

Kellie Ann will be one of a few Santa's Helper images coming this week.

To make the tag, I used the Treat Tag Die from Jaded Blossom, then stamped the Sentiment from their  Winter Wishes set... and put it on their adorable new Mini Tag Dies. I topped it off with a 2.5 inch wide Red Sheer with flocked polka dot ribbon.

Kellie Ann was colored with my copic markers... and I tried a new hair color combo of Auburn and I just LOVE IT!

I then highlighted with some glittery gel pens for her necklace and bracelet.
