Summertime Summertime Sum Sum Summertime!

Hi everyone! It has been a while since I got to play and post on the SAT blog!  Last weekend I was in full coloring mode and knocked out these two totally FUN and adorable Summertime Cards!

Up first is my Audrina the Mermaid Card!

I colored the adorable Audrina, Make a Splash stamp up using copic markers.  I created a fun underwater scene to go with her with some coral, seaweed, sand,etc.  I added some white paint splatters to represent the kicking up of the bottom of the ocean and to add more texture to the underwater scene.

Next up is sweet Lorraine!

This card was totally fun to make and I went along with a class from Kit N Clowder to create the beach scene behind Lorraine!  Alyce has some really fabulous classes and step by step directions to create wonderful backdrops for your stamped images!

February Theme Week, Stamp Anniething - Jemma, Wishing you Sunshiny Days

It's time for another Theme Week!
This time its all about using 3 shades of a color!
*Yes you MAY use more than three shades, but there is a min of three for this theme week!*

We would love for you to participate with us in our THEME WEEK, and its quite easy to do so!
Simply create a project using ANY Stamp Anniething product (as your main focal point) in the set "theme" for that month.

Post your project to the corresponding album over at our Face Book Group page (Stamp Anniething Stampers)!

You may enter as many projects as you wish, but you will only be counted as ONE entry person.

A minimum of 5 people (not including DT Members) is needed in order for a prize to be given.

So here we go for February's Theme Week!

Make ANY project using the 3 shades of ONE Color!

All projects must be uploaded by midnight PST March 4th to qualify

Again, a min of FIVE entries for a prize win!

Here is what I created for today!

Today I choose the color YELLOW for my project.
You will notice for most of this week, my project layout is the exact SAME, just using different stamps , sentiments and dies.
Again, this is to show you do not need a TON of products in your arsenal to create some fabby projects!

All my projects this week start with a standard A2 card that I topped off with Card Mat dies.  Next I took my adorable Jemma Stamp and stamped her on the Layered Frame & Journal Die.
I added more dies to tie it all together, like the sunshine from Spring Dies 2 and the Mini tag from Mini Tag Dies 2.  Then the Label die just as an added element. The sentiment is from the Annie Stamp.

Be Mine Digital Stamp Reveal for Digi My World!! --

Welcome to the Digi My World BE MINE digital stamp release!

My Project today is...

Happy Smiles Treat holder!

I found these Strawberry Straws and just loved the color so wanted to use them. Would have been better if they were candy! hee hee

So I colored up the Happy Smiles Digital Stamp (available on Friday), with my copic markers.

I wanted to use bright vibrant papers since the sun is so cheery!

The sun is on the Ticket Book Die, that I folded the top over to hold the Straws in.  I stamped the sentiment from  Happy Summer on to a candy wrapper die.  All that was left was tying off some beautiful fuchsia organza ribbon!!
