Here is what I made today!

I made the Lucky Cat Shaped Card!

It's a New file I created just for this hop!

Although if we were to get down to technicalities, the Lucky Cat is not Chinese, but rather a Japanese symbol.  Did you know?

It is actually the "beckoning" cat..

and it is said to be a lucky charm and bring luck to its owner.

I put this fun card together using my doodlebug cardstock and stamped a fabulous sentiment from the New Jaded Blossom Warrior Princess set!

I hope you enjoyed my card and this hop!  Remember our Black Friday sale is going on NOW.. so don't forget to take FULL advantage and stock up for some great savings!

And now for my project!

I decided to make super cute Mini Mint Books!

These mini mint book holders will hold a standard size Tic Tac container (or similar in size - see last photo)

I decided to decorate each as a mini little Book for the hop!

Here is the one I decorated as Belle coloring the image from Enchanted

I Stamped her and then used my Scan N Cut 2 to do a cut around.  Love the feature of that machine!

Next I decorated one mint book as a Book Worm.  I used the Busting Worm (FREE TODAY ONLY) to decorate the cover, and once again a sentiment from Enchanted.

The last book I decorated was the Rose in the Glass Dome.  I stamped a sentiment & rose candy.  I then simply hand cut a rectangle "wood" base and cut from clear cardstock a dome shape lid.

Here is the inside of one of my "non" Tic Tac brands so you can see, similiar styles of this type of candy can fit easily in the holders.

PRODUCT LIST

Mini Mint Books

Bursting Worm - Free TODAY ONLY

Enchanted Bundle

Looking for the FREE files from the hop?  Remember they are free TODAY only!

They are

Row of Books

Bursting Worm

Simple Roses

Enchanted Event Freebie

This is the END of the hop. If you missed out on any of the stops, here is a complete line up for you!

As you know, Ima  HUGE Fan of Squaredy Cats.  Kurt was ever so kind to revamp his Wizard of Oz Cats so I could carry them in the store..so I had to show some love and appreciation and use 4 out of the 6 we have available!

Have you ever seen The Wonderful Wizard of Oz represented in such a way? I mean.. LOOK AT THOSE FACES!!  Dorothy, Scarecrow, Tinman and Lion.. oh my! (The Wicked Witch and Flying Monkey are also available in the store!)
I had tons of fun with these guys. I added them to the Window Gable box (i just removed the windows) and filled with wrapped snack sized Hershey bars! I used the Grass die and Poppy Candy stamp to create the bottom border...as they are going through the poppy field on their way to Emerald City!
I used sentiments for the Yellow Brick Road Stamp set.  Life truly is easier with friends! It was the perfect saying for my project!

Close Up Left to Right

Disney Villains Blog Hop - Black Friday Special Event-- Welcome Dah-lings!!!

Welcome, Dah-lings, to the Disney Villains Black Friday Blog Hop.

Jaded Blossom has 2 Awesome new Stamp Sets they are offering today that we are using in our projects.

They are Bundled at $25 and that includes FREE shipping within the US!

Now if you are here from Jaymie then you're in the right place, if not then you may want to start at the beginning.   Don't worry if you get lost, I have the entire blog line up below this post. Now on to my Project... EEEKKKK!! Cruella DeVille, Cruella DeVille...  if she doesnt scare you, no evil thing will! I hope you find my project to be Perfectly Wretched, Darling!  (lol)

It's no surprise I choose Cruella... I LOVE her!  I think she is FABULOUS. . . Aside from wanting to skin dogs to make them into fur coats that is!   We are HUGE Disney fans in our household, and I have watched 101 Dalmatians countless times with my boys.  Cruella  is quite the character, so I just knew I wanted to make her when we decided on this hop!   She is wretchedly Wicked! I cut my Cruella on various bazill papers and attached her to the Clear Purses from Jaded Blossom.  I put some White M&M's in the treat box and randomly added a black one here and there to make it like a Dalmatian Pup.   I wrapped the handle of the bag in some Celebration Trendy Twine (its Disney colors eek)...and adorned it with some FUN Polk Dot Buttons I had stashed away along with some Edgy Halloween Ribbons.  I topped it all off with a Fun Sentiment from the new Villains set and put it on the Treat Flag Dies. I think she is awesome... Oh and By the Way...  Absolutely NO Animals were Harmed in the making of this project!! Next up on the Hop is Candace.   But before you go here are some information on Jaded Blossom and SVG Cutting Files Black Friday Sales.
