Jaded Blossom April Release Day #4 - Cherry Blossoms Card

Good morning everyone and welcome to Day 4 of the Jaded Blossom April Release. Today we are sharing projects made with a new stamp set!

Here is the card I made with this new stamp set

I started this card with a standard A2 card base and added the inside mat cut with the Card Mat Dies.
I cut the window using the Stitched Square Dies.

I stamped all the blossoms from the NEW Cherry Blossom stamp set randomly around the sides and then lined this up to another card mat die, and stamps my sentiment from Seasonal Tree in the center window.  I colored them all in with copic markers
I cut a paper cherry blossom in 2 layers and then took some golden twine and tied in the center and then frayed a little to make the center stem of the flower.

Jaded Blossome Day #4, February Release, Hey Chickie

Good morning everyone and welcome to Day 4 of the Jaded Blossom February Release. Today we are sharing projects made with a new stamp set!

Here is the fun project I made for today

I wanted to make something different for today, non holiday related, so I used the Rounded Scallop Card base for this totally fun card!
The Stitched Squares and Scallop Square Dies frame the fun cherries from the Birthday Dies, with the candle flame as the leaf.  The Bow Dies released earlier this week tie it together and the sentiment from NEW HEY CHICKIE  stamp set finish it off. (the border dies is the 'ribbon' part of the bow)

Thanks for visiting and I'll be back tomorrow for Release Day !
Have a great day!

Jaded Blossom Sneeks Day #2!!

Good morning everyone and welcome to Day 2 of the Jaded Blossom January Release. Today we are sharing projects made with 2 new stamp sets!

I made this card for my project today

I started this project with the Stitched Square dies and mated 3 nesting sizes to make the mats.
I stamped and colored the owl with Copic Markers from the You're A Hoot stamp set along with both sentiments. I put the sentiments on Flag Die and Mini Tag Dies 2.
We actually sing this in a song (made up) at our house to our youngest son.. so that is why there are three "I do's" for it... cause its in our chorus!

Jaded Blossom Die Release and Huge Sale Information - DAY #2 - Quilt Card

Hey Everyone,  It's time for the July Die Release over at Jaded Blossom!
But first a sneak at the Amazing Sale coming up on July 1st!

Along with the sale there will be a ticket raffle! Earn tickets based on how much you spend during the sale, the winner will win the August stamp release package!

Now onto the New Dies for today!!! Each set includes 7 nesting dies!

Stitched Square Dies
Scallop Square Dies

Head on over to Jaded Blossom and see all the beautiful projects created with the New Dies. :)
Here is the project I made using these new beauties!

I made this cute little "Quilt" card.
I folded my cardstock in half, layed the largest Scallop Die on top (overlapping one edge slightly on the fold to make the card)
Then I ran several of the smaller scallop squares in different plaid papers....and arranged this on the largest Stitched Square.
It was time consuming lining it all up.. but I love the final outcome!
I then had some teeny tiny buttons on my stash, and simply tied twine and attached to each connecting point on the "quilt".

This card can easily be done for a newborn baby, just add a cute Baby cut or printout like I did below!
