And now for my project!
I decided to do a Pixar Short instead of a movie.
My Project is based off the short film La Luna

Its a super cute movie of 3 generations of Moon Cleaners ---
and how they each do the same task completely different.
SPOILER ALERT -
...the moon is made up of millions of STARS 

So I used the Free (for today only) La Luna file on a new card base I hope to have in the store for you next week
I added Jaded Blossom Star Dies, Journal Die and Sentiment from Superstar!
His eyes are handmade sprinkles I did.
I topped it all off with some adorable midnight Twine.

Aye Aye and now for the projects!!

Shiver me Timbers, ye 'no I couldn't resist with one, aye aye?
All of my projects revolve around none other then Cap'n Jack Sparrow of course!!
Today I made a Jack Sparrow Handled Bag and matching Card!
I used the JACK BAG layers and added them to the So Jacked Handled Bag -- these fit together so well! Now the Jack layers are free today only, but the bag file is in the store.

So here is the handled bag with the Jack Layers, I used Pirate Booty Stamps and Pirate Candies to make the awesome caramel bombs.  I used Kraft twine and braided it to represent sailor type knots (I DID make the s knot but it didnt lie flat, boo)... the Mini Tag Dies 2 works so awesome with the overlook I was going for!

 This is one of the Mini Tag Dies 2 die.. I simply folder one ended and attahed to the underside of my candy..and added some Jute "fuse" to create adorable candy bombs!



My next project is actually NOT included in the hop files.. Its Jack's very own TATTOO  of the Sparrow.  I cut it out in Vinyl and added it to a Dollar Tree Black journal. I beat up this journal.. soaked it out in the rain for a few days.. then took sandpaper to make it all old and weathered. I really LOVE how it came out!
I think took some beads I  had lying around in my storage and added them out.  I love those Skull Beads (don't ask where I got them from, I have had them for like 7 years so I honestly don't remember!)  I added another awesome stamp sentiment from Jaded Blossom's Pirate Booty!!

Inside of the stained pages, I added the Pirate Candy stamps to the corners!



Now for my Final Project today!
I have seen Michelle doing amazing glass etching projects for some time now. She makes it look so EASY, so I just HAD to give it a go!
I bought a glass canister jar at Walmart for like $5... 
then I used the FREE Jack Head Silhouette and made this jar for a friend.
I love how it came out, although I dont tdon't my photo really captures it well. Its is quite hard to take a photo of glass! 
I wrapped some jute twine around the handle and rims to give it a more masculine feel. Then I finished it off with a few mini tag dies and stamps...and another awesome Skull Bead!
I plan to layer this baby with some cookie mixture ingredients and call it her Jar of Dirt!!

A Little S'more will do ya!

Hi Everyone!
Today I'm sharing with you a simple and quick S'more Treat Kit!!

First I used the super FUN, Stay Puft Marshmallow man for my main image.  He is just too cute. I love it!  I put him on the Fancy Topper Die and filled the 2.25 X 8 treat bags with some square graham crackers, hershey kisses and mini marshies!  Yes, truly, just pile it on & zap it in the microwave for a few seconds and instant gooey, yummy S'mores!

I added some Cherry Red Maya Road twine to tie in with his scarf and hat ribbon.
I used the adorable sentiment from Got S'mores!

And now for my Project!
I made TWO projects today... one for Sesame Street and One for the Muppets.
Up First is the MUPPETS...and well, one of my favorites... BEAKER!
There is just something about him that cracks me up... Oh I know.. its cause he is always getting blown up, knocked down, etc. He is the comical relief in the laboratory of DR. Bunsen Honeydew!

I put the Beaker Head file on the Lion Flat Box and filled with snack Crunch bars and Nuggets.
I wrapped the nuggets in the Candy Dies and stamped MEEP MEEP with the Alphabet Candies.
Because Beeker works in the lab, I used Science Matters and attached to a mini tag die toppled off with some awesome Orange Twine.

for my second project... man -- not many of you may know this famous Sesame Steet character... its Game Show host GUY SMILEY -- yes he has officially been dubbed "America's favorite game show host."  (its true, you can look it up! hee hee
I LOVE the not so obvious characters, in case you didnt catch on to all the past hops we have done!
So Guy Smiley is and was an obvious choice for me!
Since he is a game show host I wanted my card to reflect that. I put him on the Arched Top Card base, add the Game Spinner which I stamped with Kawaii Candies.  I cut fabulous Star Dies to give more dimension and stamped it with Go Team.  Finished it up with some awesome Twine..and Voila.. Game Show Guy!!

And now for my Project!
I decided to do Tod and Copper from "The Fox and The Hound".
 When I was little, I loved this movie.
This movie is a true testament to friendship.  A fox and a hound dog should NOT be friends, but despite it all, they become the BEST of Friends.  When they grow older and have been apart from a while, Copper has "learned" that the Fox is his enemy - and there are a  few moments when you see him believe that.. but in the end.. he choses his FRIEND over his hunter master!!  MUST WATCH TO SEE!!

So now for the goods!
The fox and hound file is free DURING this hop duration ONLY and if you are following the guides as stated above.
I put the cut file on the Kawaii Sea Nugget Platforms 
I used the sentiment from the Jaded Blossom Stamp Bundle, because these two are playing Hide N Seek in this scene from the movie and the sentiment was PERFECT for that!
I used the GRASS die, and the cute tag die!
Inside are Hershey Nuggets stamped with Candy Wraps and then of course wrapped in Candy Wrap Dies!  I added a candy stamp from the BFF Bundle!
I added in some cute Cantalope twine to make my finishing touch bow!

Nerdy Lollipops!

Hi everyone.. Annie here..with a fun and fabulous NERDY project!

Today I used the new Nerdy Squaredy Cat (being released on Friday) to make super adorable Lollipop covers!
I simply cut the Nerdy Squaredy Cat file and sized it up to the base on the Animal Head Lollipop Covers (dog)

I had lots of fun creating these!  I used Vellum paper for the glass lenses.... and added the NERD stamp from Jaded Blossom, on their awesome mini tag dies.

I wrapped the sticks on the lollipops in Pink Sorbet, and tied a cute bow in a matching stripe I had in my stash.

Hope you enjoyed my super simple but sweet project today!

Each person in this hop picked one animal to represent today.
 I picked the TIGER, as I always found them to be such beautiful creatures! 
Here are some interesting facts about Tiger extinction!
Until the 20th Century there were nine tiger subspecies that probably numbered over 100,000 animals. Today, there are only 5 or 6 subspecies of Tiger left, totalling about 3,200. 
In 100 years, we have lost SO MUCH...lets not let any more Tigers die! 
The Tigers are nearly ALL GONE, do to the high Asian Black Market for their skins bones & body parts (used in folk medicines) as well as habitat loss that results from logging and other forms of forest destruction.

Now on to my project.. 
This SUPER CUTE Chibi Tiger Hershey Bar Wrap Holder!
 Here is the outside front on my Hershey Holder. The Chibi Tiger is new in the store TODAY!  I just LOVE how it came out... love them big old cat eyes!
I used the Grass Border from Jaded Blossom and cut several leaves from Jungle Animal Slide cards.
The flower is also from the Spring Dies set with a cute Sentiment Candy stamp from Wild Animal Candies.
 Here is the inside of my candy holder.  I even decked it out with more leaves so its really a nice lush jungle!
I used the Curly Label Die for my sentiment! This is one of my FAVORITE dies!
The sentiment is a combination from Fight for a Cure & Go Wild.
